Individual entrepreneur Logoyda Marian Serhiyovych, who manages the Site https://doba.digital/, understanding the importance of ensuring the confidentiality and inviolability of Personal and Confidential Data of individuals who are users of the Site, concludes with you (hereinafter referred to as the «User») a Confidentiality Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») in order to determine the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using and disclosing the Participant’s personal data when using the Site. https://doba.digital/ (hereinafter referred to as the «Site»).
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») establishes the procedure for the implementation and processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purpose of using such personal data, interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding obtaining access to, making changes to, blocking or deleting their personal data and dealing with any questions you may have regarding personal data protection practices.
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. To use the Site and the Services offered on the Site, the User is obliged to accept the terms of this Agreement. The User has no right to use the Site and the Services provided by the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") if he/she disagrees with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. 1.5. Website https://doba.digital/ does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions for committing a crime or convictions for criminal punishment, as well as data concerning health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
II. TERMS
2.1. For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms are used with the following meanings:
2.1.1. Personal data – any data about a person that allows him/her to be directly or indirectly identified. The purpose of collecting and processing personal data in the System is to store and maintain user data, in accordance with Articles 6, 7 of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» and to ensure the implementation of civil legal relations, provision/receipt and payment for purchased services, in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine».
2.1.2. The owner of the personal data base is Logoyda Marian Serhiyovych, to whom, with the consent of the subject of personal data on the Site https://doba.digital/ granted the right to process this data, which approves the purpose of processing personal data in this database, establishes the composition of this data and the procedure for processing it, unless otherwise specified by law.
2.1.3. Responsible person – Logoyda Marian Serhiyovych, a person designated by the Owner of the personal data base who organizes work related to the protection of personal data during their processing, in accordance with the law.
2.1.4. Site – a collection of data, electronic (digital) information, other objects of copyright and (or) related rights, etc., interconnected and structured within the address https://doba.digital/ and all its subdomains.
2.1.5. Website https://doba.digital/ – acts as an Internet resource (trading platform), and positions itself as a «Site» for registration, conclusion of an offer agreement for the provision of services. It provides interaction between the “Site” and Customers for comprehensive website development (“turnkey”) by creating and launching websites.
2.1.6. The security administrator is an access subject responsible for protecting the automated system from unauthorized access to information.
2.1.7. Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions to collect, register, accumulate, store, adapt, change, update, use and disseminate (dissemination, sale, transfer), depersonalize, destroy personal data, including using information databases.
2.1.8. Cookies are text files or files containing a small amount of information that are sent to a web browser and stored on a user's device. Such devices may include a computer, mobile phone or other device through which the user visits the Site.
2.1.9. The Contractor is Logoyda Marian Vasilyovych, who provides services by concluding an offer agreement for the provision of services posted on the website: https://doba.digital/.

2.1.10. Customer (User) – any legally capable person who, in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Agreement, has voluntarily fully accepted (accepted) all its terms and conditions without exception.
2.2. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, all terms specified in Section II of this Agreement are used exclusively in the meaning specified in Section II of the purposes of this Privacy Policy, regardless of the use of these terms in the singular or plural, or in other grammatical forms, cases and/or constructions.
2.3. All other terms not separately defined in this Privacy Policy are understood and interpreted in their literal grammatical meaning based on the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, business customs, as well as the purpose and subject matter of this Agreement.
III. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Purpose of using personal data:
3.1.1 Your personal data is used to conclude an offer agreement for the provision of services, as well as to ensure the provision of Internet services on the Site: https://doba.digital/ rights to exchange information/news, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with and in compliance with the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On the Protection of Personal Data", "On the Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data with regard to Supervisory Authorities and Transborder Data Flows", "On Information", "On Advertising", "On Telecommunications", "On the Protection of Information in Information and Telecommunications Systems", "On State Support for the Mass Media and Social Protection of Journalists", as well as in accordance with the Rules for Using the Site.
3.2. Personal data retention period:
3.2.1. Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing it.
3.3.1. The administrator of the User's personal data is Logoyda Marian Serhiyovych, e-mail: logoydamarian@gmail.com, tel. +380509960968. The Administrator processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Base or in a separate table of the Site Database.
3.3.2. Personal data of Users are processed, among other things, in the following area:
– for the performance of service offer agreements concluded with the User – the basis for data processing in this case will be the agreement concluded with the Administrator by accepting the rules of the specified agreement on the Site at the link https://doba.digital/.
– for maintaining a User account – the basis for data processing in this case will be the contract concluded with the Administrator by creating an account and accepting the Site rules https://doba.digital/.
– to inform the User about the changes made by the Contractor to the Offer Agreement by sending the revised version of the changes to the User's email address specified when agreeing and making payment for the specified agreement.
– if the User has consented to this, commercial information regarding services offered for sale, including promotional campaigns, may be sent to the User's specified email address or phone number – in this case, the basis for processing the User's data is his consent, which is not mandatory and can be withdrawn at any time;
– to send the User individual marketing messages, for example, in the form of a service offer using the profile. The messages will be prepared based on the analysis of the service orders made by the User – the basis for processing the User’s data in this case will be the Administrator’s legally justified interest in marketing the services;
– for marketing purposes – the Administrator will periodically send information about the Contractor's offer to the correspondence address specified by the User;
– for statistical purposes for the Administrator's internal needs – in this case, the basis for data processing will be the Administrator's legally justified interest in collecting information that allows developing activities and tailoring services to the needs of Users;
– to confirm the Administrator's fulfillment of its obligations and consider claims, or defend against claims that may be directed against the Administrator, prevent or detect fraud – the basis for processing the User's data in this case will be the Administrator's legally justified interest, which is the right to protection, confirmation of fulfillment of obligations and receipt of appropriate remuneration from the Administrator's clients.
3.3.3. By concluding an offer agreement for the provision of services on the Site https://doba.digital/ The User specifies certain personal data necessary for the execution of the service contract. Refusal to provide the data necessary for the execution of the order shall render the Contractor unable to execute the service contract. It is not mandatory for the User to express his consent to receive commercial information to the specified e-mail address or specified telephone number for the execution of the concluded service contract. If consent is given, it can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect compliance with the law on processing until the moment of withdrawal.
3.3.4. Website https://doba.digital/ reserves the right to provide the User's personal data to entities that may cooperate in the performance of the Service Offer Agreement concluded by the User, including when receiving payments under the concluded agreement or providing other services.
3.3.5. Personal data transferred by the User will be processed for the period necessary to implement the service offer agreement, as well as to confirm the fulfillment of the Administrator's obligations and to consider claims or defend against claims that may be directed against the Administrator, but no longer than one year from the date of transfer of his data to the Administrator by the User.
3.3.6. Under the outlined conditions, the User has the following rights in connection with the processing of his personal data by the Administrator in connection with the operation of the Site: https://doba.digital/ the right to access data, update it, request data portability, request its deletion, object to data processing and request restriction of data processing.
3.3.7. The User has the right to submit to the Site https://doba.digital/ objection to the processing of the User's personal data directly by the Administrator.

The procedure for accessing personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent provided to the owner of personal data for the processing of this data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.

A deferral of access to third party personal data is permitted if the required data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total time frame for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
The notice of postponement shall be communicated to the third party who submitted the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
The decision to postpone or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or through the court.
3.9. Rights of the personal data subject:
3.9.1. Website https://doba.digital/ brings to your attention information about your rights as a personal data subject, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", namely:
– to know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to provide an appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;
– receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
– to access your personal data;
– receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether personal data are being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
– submit a reasoned request to the owner of personal data objecting to the processing of their personal data;
– to submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
– to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is unreliable or defames the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
– file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
– apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
– make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
– withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
– know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
– to protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences.
3.10. I, as the subject of personal data, give my consent to the processing of my personal data specified by me during registration and execution of the contract for the provision of services on the Site: https://doba.digital/ activity carried out by Logoyda Marian Serhiyovych, tel. +380509960968 in the personal data base of the Site https://doba.digital/ in order to ensure the obligations assumed by the Owner of the personal data base and the Administrator, to ensure relations in the field of concluding an offer agreement for the provision of services, advertising and conducting business relations, sending (sending) to my address special offers, information about new services and promotions, discounts and other actions within the scope of its activities, as well as the fulfillment by the Owner of the personal data base of its obligations to me, as the Customer of the services, etc., namely:
– surname, first name, patronymic, residential address, mobile phone number, other contact information, passport data, TIN (RNOKPP), date of birth, place of registration and other information provided by me when registering for a course (event) by agreeing to the offer agreement posted on the Site https://doba.digital/, etc.;
– any other personal data and information voluntarily provided by the Subject of personal data to the Owner of the personal data base, contained in documents provided when filling out questionnaires, conducting surveys, in the process of processing applications, other documents and performing concluded contracts, as well as data that may be necessary for the Owner of the personal data base in connection with the implementation of the purpose of personal data processing, including passport data, if any were provided.

I agree that Logoyda Marian Serhiyovych, tel. +380509960968, may transfer my personal data to third parties, affiliated legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the purpose of their processing, banking institutions, financial institutions, other third parties, provided that such persons comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data (without additional consent and notification of the Subject of personal data in the event of their transfer).
I confirm my agreement with all of the above, and also that I have been informed about the Administrator of personal data; the purpose of processing personal data; the composition and content of personal data; the persons to whom personal data may be transferred; I understand my rights provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", and I also undertake to comply with the rules for using the Site.
I am aware that the Owner of the personal database reserves the right to change the Terms of Use of the Site (Public Offer), as well as the Privacy Policy at its discretion.
