A website is not about the image, it’s about the experience. If a resource looks outdated or works slowly, it affects the perception of the brand. Sometimes changes to the website are not just a desire to update the design, but a strategic necessity.
Your site looks outdated. Design has an expiration date. What worked five years ago looks archaic today. Users are used to a certain level of visual experience. If a site feels old, it reduces trust.
Content is difficult to update. If every edit requires a developer or code intervention, that’s a sign. The site should be easy to manage, especially if you’re updating information regularly.
Pages are loading slowly. Site speed is important. If a page takes longer than three seconds to load, users may abandon it. It also negatively affects SEO.
The site is not mobile-friendly. Most traffic comes from phones. If your site isn't mobile-friendly, you're losing potential customers.
Your business has changed, but your website has remained the same. Maybe you’ve changed your positioning, services, expanded your team, or entered new markets. If your website doesn’t reflect this, it becomes a point of misunderstanding between you and your client.
Low conversion. If your site is getting traffic but there are few requests or inquiries, it's possible that the structure, text, or design isn't working. Your site should be not only beautiful, but also logical.
There are no integrations and automation. The website should be part of your system. If it is not integrated with CRM, analytics, and mailings, it limits your marketing and sales capabilities.
Redesign is not about fashion. It's about meeting your current business needs. If your site isn't meeting them, it might be time to update it.
